Production is constantly monitored and kept under control through modern data collection systems.
Statistics and the reading of x-r cards and of other analysis tools allow the monitoring of the production process, reducing to the minimum the defect risks.

Roughness tester, roundness, calibres, micrometers, plugs, plain and threaded rings, calibrated plugs and comparators, are only some of the measuring tools used for the checking of turned particulars.
The projector of contours and the optical control machine complete the list of machines.

For the control in series of particular complicated articles, Guerrini has a cnc machine with which it carries out high precision measurements in quite short times.
The results are statistically analysed as a method to prevent defects.
