It is thanks to investments in innovative machinery that Guerrini has no limits in making high precision. Each detail, even if produced in "mass", can be considered a unique jewel, where research, experience and technology are united.

It is possible to carry out any kind of galvanic and thermal treatments on all products by using qualified suppliers, all of this fully quality certified, which states the thickness and the requested characteristics.

On request of the client, all items are supplied with conformity declaration of the product, certificate of the raw material used, test reports, trial reports and IMDS tests.

At the end of the nineties, Guerrini spa started producing details for the automotive sector, increasing its production level and reaching the current 30% of its production. In order to keep up with a sector which is constantly developing, such as the automotive, our company had to, during the years,

constantly upgrade its technologies by using the best machines and production strategies to guarantee the level expected by the main car manufacturers.

The list of the machines owned by Guerrini S.p.a. is well supplied and technologically advanced, it consists of over 65 lathes, 15 secondary operation machines and more that 8 machines to assemble wrenches and pins for the electrical sector.

Particulars which after having undergone the turning phase, need further processes, (such as perforations, millings, filleting which cannot be carried out during the previous phase) are sent to this area to be processed in a secondary operation.
All the electronic machines, produce by following avdetailed works plan.

The processing is completely monitored and the data collected during the constant checks carried out during the work, are at the client’s disposal on request.
All checks are carried out by using the most suitable and modern measuring tools available on the market.
